摘要
An expert system based on fuzzy reasoning is presented as a convenient tool for the supervisory control of biotechnological processes. An object oriented Smalltalk based expert system has been developed and applied in glucoamylase fermentation. The hierarchic rule-and frame-based system operates on-line in real-time. It is capable of handling imprecise data and subjective knowledge. The system will predict and diagnose faults and has some capabilities for fault correction in process control. © 1990, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC. All rights reserved.
