摘要
A method is described for the identification and determination of degradation products in mancozeb (manganese-zinc salt of ethylenebisdithiocarbamates). The method is based on the semi-preparative separation of ethylenebisdiizothiocyanate sulphide (EBIS) and ethylenebisthiuramdisulphide (ETD) which were prepared by the iodine oxidation of disodium salt of ethylenebisdithiocarbamate. MS spectra were applied for the identification of EBIS and ETD. Reversed- phase HPLC was used for the determination of EBIS and ETD in methanol extract of mancozeb.
