摘要
Ferroelectric domain walls have been studied by means of electron microscopy in Bi4Ti3O12. Two essentially different types of walls for which the polarization vectors enclose roughly 180° or 90°, can be distinguished on diffraction evidence. The c-plane, which is the main glide plane, contains ribbon dislocations. The two partials have the same Burgers vector. The stacking fault is associated with the electric polarization. © 1969.
