摘要：

This paper presents a study of the acid-base equilibria existing in aqueous solutions of flurazepam (1) and some of its metabolites as investigated by u.v. spectrophotometry over a wide pH range. This has resulted in the acquisition of pKa values, interpretation of the u.v. spectra, determination of the sites of protonation and deprotonation and some conformational information. © 1979.
