摘要
Cu2Sb ribbon or whisker crystals, which are produced by the reaction of Cu films with Sb evaporated by in situ electron beam heating in an electron microscope, are investigated by high-resolution electron microscopy with the aid of image simulation. Whiskers having superstructures owing to ordered distributions of Sb vacancies (Cu2.7Sb) and Cu vacancies (Cu1.8Sb), and narrow Sb precipitates are also observed in the whiskers.
