摘要：

The technique of solid state nuclear track detection has been used to determine the concentration and spatial distribution of uranium in different forms (crystalline, amorphous and thin film) of selenium. Presence of both uniform and non-uniform distribution of uranium in selenium is found. In thin film samples, uranium concentration is much less and is almost uniformly distributed.
