ELECTROCHEMICAL DETECTION OF TODRALAZINE IN HIGH-PERFORMANCE LIQUID-CHROMATOGRAPHY

摘要
The electrochemical behavior of todralazine was studied by cyclic voltammetry on a glassy carbon electrode at different pH values. The results obtained were used in the electrochemical detection of todralazine in chromatographic effluents. The optimum detection potential was 0.90 V (vs. SCE). The limit of detection was 0.36-mu-g/L and the limit of determination 4.8-mu-g/L. The method can be applied to the determination of todralazine in human serum. It offers significant advantages in sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy with respect to other reported methods.
