摘要
We derive generalized descent equations which contain both the consistent and covariant gravitational anomalies. The derivation makes use of the natural field reparametrizations which occur in the process of gauging the (anti)BRST symmetry and it leads to an expression for the covariant anomaly which satisfies strong covariance conditions.
