摘要
1. 1. Two polymorphic enzymes-glucosephosphate isomerase and phosphoglucomutase were surveyed in liver samples of Genypterus blacodes. 2. 2. The distribution of alleles revealed two stocks of G. blacodes within the sampling region. The stocks appeared to be separated by a major hydrological barrier. 3. 3. Evidence of stock mixing was found in a sample collected close to the convergence zone between two water masses. © 1979.
