摘要：

The results of serial 24 hour urine total estrogen determinations in a group of normal pregnancies with a previously reported rapid assay for total estrogen are presented. This method provides clinicians with a means of serially assessing fetoplacental function at reasonable expense and with rapid availability of results. The significance of routine serial estrogen determinations with simultaneous reporting of total urine volume and creatinine content is emphasized. © 1969.
