摘要
1. 1. The transmural electrical potential difference and short-circuit current were measured in vitro at corresponding sites along the lengths of the small intestines of fifteen turtles (Testudo gracea). 2. 2. The potential difference was also measured in vitro and in vivo in eight cats and seven rabbits. 3. 3. No significant difference was found in these parameters between the jejunum, mid-intestine and ileum of the three groups of animals studied. © 1969.
