摘要：
A method for direct determination of hemoglobin oxygen saturation at predetermined values for pH, PCO2, PO2, and temperature is described, and its applicability to studies of the oxygen dissociation curve for whole blood under various controlled conditions is discussed and illustrated. © 1969.
