摘要
The nucleation and growth of hydride in LaNi5 alloy has been studied by, analyzing dislocation structures after a cycle of hydrogen absorption and desorption. Prismatic dislocation loops and misfit superdislocations were observed depending on the stages of nucleation and growth. From analysis on the morphology, Burgers vector, and line vector of these dislocations, a model for the nucleation and growth of hydride is suggested.
