摘要
Vapor-phase reactions of n-pentan-1-ol with 2-ethylhexylamine and of n-heptan-1-ol with cyclohexylamine occurring in the presence of an industrial oxide copper-zinc-aluminnum catalyst SNM-1 at 175-185-degrees-C have been found to afford the corresponding asymmetric secondary and tertiary amines in yields of 59-99 % and 5-49 %, respectively.
