摘要
The development of strength in highly porous battery plate structures (~80%) produced by sintering the filamentary Inco Nickel Powder Type 255 has been correlated with density and structure changes. Up to 600 °C strength develops with little change in density, between 600 and 800 °C density changes with a minor increase in strength, and above 900 °C strength increases with increase in density. The optimum sintering temperature is in the region of 1000 °C. © 1979, American Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
