摘要
The presence of non-equivalent Pr3+ ions in the LiNbO3 crystal host was detected by optical methods. The 4H3→3P0 transition was investigated using polarized absorption measurements at low temperature. The influence of both concentration and stoichiometry on the relative distribution of Pr3+ ions in different non-equivalent centers was analyzed.
