摘要：

In this paper we present new estimates on the ensemble averages of the fluid dynamical quantities that have significances in the study of approximate inertial manifolds of the 2-D Navier-Stokes equations. Some immediate implications of these estimates on the physics of 2-D turbulent flows are discussed. © 1991.
