SELF-DIFFUSION MEASUREMENTS IN GOLD SINGLE CRYSTALS BETWEEN 286 DEGREES C AND 412 DEGREES C

摘要
By means of an electrochemical peeling technique the self‐diffusion coefficients in 99.99% gold single crystals were determined at 285.9, 299.6, 321.0, 349.7, and 411.7°C. Assuming a linear dependence of log D on 1/T the result is in this temperature range . There is no evidence for short circuiting interferences in the range of the evaluated diffusion profile depths of < 3000 Å. Copyright © 1969 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim
