摘要
This study was carried out to answer the questions concerning the percentage of sodium hypochlorite needed to dissolve necrotic tissue and parachlorophenol- or formaldehyde-fixed necrotic tissue and the effect of the combined use of sodium hypochlorite and hydrogen peroxide. The results of this investigation indicate that a 3 percent concentration of sodium hypochlorite is optimum for the production of an adequate solvent action on necrotic tissue. A combination of sodium hypochlorite with 3 percent hydrogen peroxide did not result in an increased solvent action; therefore, their simultaneous use is not recommended. © 1979.
