摘要
A new method of external fixation for complicated fractures of the tibia is described. The use of acrylic cement to secure the tibial transfixing pins to the external bar and the ability to apply compression across the fracture site are the salient features of this technique, which is simple to use and inexpensive. © 1980 John Wright & Sons Ltd.
