摘要
The low temperature magnetic properties, the Curie temperature and the crystallization temperature of rapidly quenched Nd(x)Fe81B19-x (0 less-than-or-equal-to x less-than-or-equal-to 19) alloys are investigated. X-ray diffraction and Mossbauer spectra show the amorphous nature for all as-quenched ribbons. With increasing Nd content the 1.5 K magnetization and the Curie temperature decrease. The crystallization temperature first strongly increases with Nd content but decreases again at a Nd content higher than about 7 at%. The concentration dependence of the magnetic properties and the crystallization temperatures is discussed.
