An HPLC method was tested for the direct determination of phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), phosphatidic acid (PA), phosphatidylinositol (PI), and phosphatidylcholine (PC) in commercial soybean lecithin concentrates. The CV(r) for PC ranged from 0.7 to 7.0 and the CV(R) for PC was 7.3 in the two years of the study.
