摘要
From the analysis of the a-type rotational spectrum of ON35C1 in the (1,0,0) vibrational state, α1B and α1c have been determined. Vibro-rotational constants corresponding to the ν2 and ν3 vibrational modes have been determined from the microwave spectra of other isotopic species of nitrosyl chloride. These data were used to test the reliability of Pliva's semiempirical function by comparison with the cubic force constants obtained using a constrained generalized valence force field. An approximate equilibrium structure from rotational constants of all the isotopic species corrected for the effects of the α3 was also carried out. Copyright © 1980 by Academic Press, Inc.
