摘要
From the marine red alga Laurencia tenera the new metabolite (1R*,2R*,3R*,4S*,5R*,6R*,8S*,9R*,11R*)-11-acetoxy-4,8-dibromo-2,5,6,9-tetramethyltricyclo[7.2.0.0(1,6)]undecan-3-ol (tenerol acetate, 1) was isolated and characterized employing a variety of spectroscopic methods. A particular emphasis was placed on the use of certain first- and second-generation two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance methodologies.
