前后联合入路治疗胫骨平台后柱骨折疗效分析

摘要
目的:胫骨平台后柱骨折行切开复位入路分析。方法:分析2011年1月到2013年1月新疆医科大学第一附属医院骨科中心就诊患者中,胫骨平台后柱骨折行手术治疗者,选取10例患者,治疗主要是采用后内侧、后外侧的手术入路方式固定后柱胫骨平台骨折面,术中评估膝关节的稳定性。如果需要的话联合采用前入路。对选取患者临床资料以及手术方式进行分析,患者愈合由Rasmussen膝功能回复评分标准给予评分。对术后患者进行回顾性分析,并随访平均16.5个月(范围14-25个月)。结果:7例患者采用后外侧入路,三例患者采用后内侧入路,其中3例额外采用前内测入路,2例额外采用前外侧入路。所有10个骨折患者愈合时间平均为3.7个月(范围3-5.5个月)。最后的随访,九位病人有满意的关节复位。膝关节的平均运动范围伸展至110.5°,屈曲平均为2°。没有病人主诉膝关节不稳。术后平均HSS评分为92.70。结论:胫骨平台后柱骨折切开复位治疗是,采用后路联合前路手术入路可取得良好的疗效。
