不同生境和施肥量对岷山红三叶草产量及异黄酮含量影响的研究

摘要
不同生境和施肥量,尤其是N肥施用量对红三叶(Trifolium pretense L.)草产量和异黄酮含量的影响较大。本文研究了不同生境和N、P肥施用量对岷山红三叶草产量、营养成分、异黄酮含量和产量的影响。试验在兰州、岷县和广河县三个试验点进行。得出以下结论: 1.不同试验点生育期不同,在相同的栽培条件下,岷山红三叶在岷县点生育期较长,可以获得较大生物量积累。在不同试验点,各生育时期岷县株高最高;3个试验点分枝数相差较大,兰州最多,岷县次之;在不同试验点间草产量差异显著,岷县点的鲜草产量和干草产量均最高。施肥处理对株高、分枝数和草产量均有显著影响。综合考虑,在处理A2B3(75 kg N/hm2, 360 kg P2O5/hm2)和A2B2(75 kg N/hm2,120 kg P2O5/hm2)下,3个试验点岷山红三叶的株高较高,分枝数较多,草产量较高,说明这两个施肥量是适合于岷山红三叶生长的施肥量。 2.不同生境对岷山红三叶品质的影响不同。岷县点粗蛋白含量(CP)最高;兰州点中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的含量均最高,岷县点含量最低。岷县点的茎叶比最大,叶量丰富,且岷县茎、叶中的CP含量均高于其他两试点,而NDF、ADF含量都最低。从营养价值考虑,在岷县岷山红三叶品质好,综合性状突出,是适合种植岷山红三叶的地区。随着生育时期推移,岷山红三叶CP含量逐渐降低,NDF、ADF含量逐渐增加,岷山红三叶在现蕾期~初花期刈割,可获得较高营养价值。不同施肥量处理对岷山红三叶品质的影响差异显著,在A3B3(150 kg N/hm2,360 kg P2O5/hm2)和A3B2(150 kg N/hm2,360 kg P2O5/hm2)处理下,岷山红三叶品质较优,磷含量也较高。 3.生境对异黄酮含量无明显影响。在3个试验点,刺芒柄花素(For)和鹰嘴豆芽素A (Bio)含量均最高,说明For和Bio是岷山红三叶中最主要的两种异黄酮成分。红三叶不同部位中异黄酮含量存在较大差异,叶中含量最高,茎次之,花序中含量最低。无论是茎、叶、还是花序,鹰嘴豆芽素A(Bio)和刺芒柄花素(For)含量均较高,进一步说明了For和Bio是岷山红三叶中最主要的两种异黄酮成分。不同生育时期,岷山红三叶异黄酮含量相差较大。现蕾期最高,随着生育时期的推移,异黄酮含量逐渐下降,盛花期最低,随后异黄酮总含量基本无变化。因此在现蕾期刈割,异黄酮含量较高。不同施肥量处理下,岷山红三叶总异黄酮含量差异显著。A2B2(75 kg N/hm2,120 kg P2O5/hm2)和A2B1(75 kg N/hm2,0 kg P2O5/hm2)处理下,异黄酮含量较高。 4.在岷县种植岷山红三叶可以获得较高草产量和异黄酮产量,现蕾期~初花期刈割可以获得较高营养价值,因此,岷县最适合于种植岷山红三叶。A1B3(0 kg N/hm2,360 kg P2O5/hm2)、A2B2(75 kg N/hm2,120 kg P2O5/hm2)、A2B1(75 kg N/hm2,0 kg P2O5/hm2)、A2B3(75 kg N/hm2,360 kg P2O5/hm2)处理下岷山红三叶异黄酮产量较高,说明不施N肥或N肥施用量为75 kg N/hm2时,单位面积的异黄酮产量最高,P肥对岷山红三叶异黄酮产量无明显影响。
