珠三角地区典型菜地土壤抗生素污染特征研究

人类和畜禽大量使用的抗生素最终会进入环境,成为新型污染物和前沿研究课题。尤其是畜禽废物作为有机肥用于农业生产,可能造成土壤抗生素污染,危及农产品安全。本论文首次在国内开展不同类型菜地土壤四环素类、磺胺类抗生素污染特征研究,对于土壤污染防治和农产品安全生产具有重要的理论和现实意义。论文的主要结果如下: (1)优化了土壤四环素类、磺胺类抗生素的分析检测方法:四环素类的加标回收率为60.6~79.0%,检测限为3~22μg/kg;磺胺类的加标回收率为70.5~83.5%,检测限为0.4~7μg/kg。 (2)用该方法分析了珠三角地区养猪场菜地、普通蔬菜基地、无公害蔬菜基地、绿色蔬菜基地等四种不同类型的菜地土壤中四环素类、磺胺类抗生素。检测发现,所有土壤样品中均检出一种以上抗生素。 (3)不同类型菜地土壤中抗生素的总含量高低顺序为:养猪场菜地>无公害蔬菜基地>普通蔬菜基地>绿色蔬菜基地。说明菜地土壤大量施加含有抗生素的有机肥后,加重了土壤抗生素污染。 (4)土壤中四环素类抗生素的平均含量高于磺胺类,这一方面与四环素类是人畜共用药,磺胺类只用于畜禽养殖有关;另一方面,四环素类相对于磺胺类,吸附性更强,更容易在固相介质中累积。
