本论文由四部分组成:环糊精诱导室温磷光光谱法研究进展;表面活性剂/β-环糊精/1-溴代萘室温磷光研究;不同非离子表面活性剂协同β-环糊精诱导1-溴代萘室温磷光的对比研究;修饰环糊精/Trinton X-100/1-溴代萘三元包络物空间位阻对比研究。 第一部分对环糊精(CD)的分子结构、基本特性;与客体分子形成包络物的条件及应用领域作了较详细的论述,对环糊精诱导室温磷光(CD-RTP)的产生机理及理论研究作了简要的介绍,对比了CD-RTP的优缺点,简单评述了环糊精诱导室温磷光的发展前景。 第二部分研究了不同类型结构的阴离子、阳离子及非离子表面活性剂协同β-CD诱导1-溴代萘(BN)室温磷光光谱,初步分析探讨了室温磷光的产生机理,对比研究表面活性剂的结构对体系室温磷光的影响。实验表明,由于β-CD/表面活性剂/BN三元包络物的形成,室温下溶液未经除氧即可观察到BN的室温磷光,同时表面活性剂的荧光被显著猝灭。表明在表面活性剂的苯基与BN之间存在较强的相互作用。与离子表面活性剂相比,非离子表面活性剂Trinton X-100(TX)协同β-环糊精诱导1-溴代萘可产生强室温磷光,其次为十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS),十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵(BDDB)最弱。利用竞争包结法及Benesi-Hildebrand法测定了三种表面活性剂与B-CD形成的二元包络物、及进一步与BN形成的三元包络物的表观稳定常数。研究表明,由于非离子表面活性剂TX不带任何电荷,其亲油基团与β-CD空腔作用大,分子大小较其它两种表面活性剂更适合β-CD的空腔,苯基因疏水作用力及进入空腔的特辛基而折向β-CD空腔口,更有利于BN所处的微环境,因而TX-100/β-CD/BN三元包络物磷光最强。从表面活性剂的用量对RTP强度的影响来看,当表面活性剂达到临界胶束浓度(CMC)之后,RTP强度开始下降。此外也考察了I-对体系荧光和磷光的影响。 第三部分选择具有相同亲水基团、不同结构的辛基疏水基团和有内源荧光的非离子表面活性剂OPE-10(OP)和TX协同诱导BN室温磷光,系统考察了OP和TX与β-CD的结合方式、OP和TX与BN相互作用以及β-CD与BN和OP或TX形成三元包络物的稳定性;结合OP和TX的荧光光谱和BN的磷光光谱,根据分子大小和β-CD空腔尺寸,详细阐述了OP和TX参与形成的三元包络物的结构特点。结果表明,OP 西北师范大学硕士学位论文 中文摘要 和TX分子的亲油基团通过疏水相互作用被包络进p一CD空腔,形成化学计量比为1:1 的二元包络物。对于OP,因正辛基长度比空腔深度大,柔性正辛基链以绕曲的方式 占据空腔,苯基可被部分包络。TX含有较短的特辛基,特辛基和苯基全部被包络在 空腔中,空腔内结合的水分子被置换出来。与未占据的p一CD空腔相比,极性降低, 与BN产生强的疏水相互作用,可进一步与BN形成1:1:1三元包络物。在有限的空 间内,因辛基团受到挤压变形,分子的活动受到限制而刚性提高;p一CD空腔的屏蔽 作用降低了碎灭剂的影响,有利于的磷光产率的提高,同时1一BrN表现出对OP和 Tx分子内苯基的重原子效应而使其荧光碎灭。结构更紧密的高稳定性p一CD/TX/BN 包络物,受激TX分子中的苯基在空腔内可将能量转移给紧邻的BN受体分子,产生 敏化室温磷光现象。 第四部分对比研究了不同修饰p一CDs/TX/BN三元体系中的空间位阻因素对体系 室温磷光的影响,并考察了温度、Kl、NaZSO3、正丁醇对体系室温磷光的影响。结 果表明,由于p一CD腔口的轻基被甲基取代而有利于Tx被包络,但对进一步包络BN, 产生了相应的空间位阻效应,影响了p一CD进一步包络BN分子。从p一CD、TX、BN 分子大小考虑,当BN进入已被TX占据的p一cD空腔时,在有限的空间中,TX的特 辛基绕曲从而形成结构较为紧密的三元包络物。对于M一p一cD、DM一p一CD,由于CD 腔口的一部分轻基被甲基取代,存在着较大的空间位阻,使得TX、BN被空腔包络 的程度减小,因此形成的三元包络物没有母体p一cD稳定。当TX的苯环被激发时, TX的苯环可将能量转移给紧邻的受体BN分子,可以观察到BN的敏化室温磷光。 且在所考察的p一CD中,敏化室温磷光强度按p一cD>M一p一cD>DM一p一CD顺序递减。对 形成的三元包络物的影响因素的研究也为上述观点进一步提供了相关信息。而对于 HDM一p一CD,由于p一CD两端的2一,6一位上轻基全部被甲基所取代,因此TX、BN同 时进入p一CD的空腔时存在非常大的空间位阻,没有形成三元包合物,BN未被有效 的保护,因此未能产生磷光。
