枸杞多糖预防草酸钙肾结石的实验研究

摘要
目的:了解枸杞多糖对大鼠肾草酸钙结石的预防效果并探讨其作用机制。方法:1、给大鼠建立肾草酸钙结石模型;2、予以不同剂量的枸杞多糖,不同浓度的枸杞浸泡剂和煎剂灌喂,比较肾小管内草酸钙结晶的形成,测定肾小管上皮细胞的凋亡指数,自由基水平;3、分析结晶等级评分、细胞凋亡指数和自由基的相互关系,判断枸杞多糖预防肾草酸钙结石的作用机制和效果。结果:与诱石组相比,枸杞多糖(50 mg/kg·d、100mg/kg·d)干预组的草酸钙结晶评分分别降低27.6%和34.5%(P<0.05),SOD分别增加15.0%和28.7%,MDA分别减少28.9%和35.6%,细胞凋亡指数分别减少40.9%和53.3%(P<0.05),12%、25%枸杞浸泡剂和煎剂的草酸钙结晶评分分别降低38.7%,54.8%和48.4%,58.1%(P<0.01)。结论:适量的枸杞多糖可减少饮用诱石剂大鼠的肾草酸钙结石形成,其作用机制是通过抗氧化反应,减少自由基对肾组织的损伤,从而减少高草酸尿对肾小管上皮细胞的凋亡。
