摘要
本论文共分四章。第一章论述了采用高脂乳剂造模小鼠高脂血症来评价荷叶提取物的降血脂活性。第二章论述了采用四氯化碳造模小鼠急性肝损伤来评价荷叶、茜草提取物的保肝作用。第三章论述了采用四氯化碳造模小鼠肝纤维化来评价荷叶、茜草提取物的抗肝纤维化作用。第四章概述了荷叶的化学成分与药理活性研究进展。 第一章荷叶提取物的降血脂活性研究 本章主要论述了用植物油、动物油制备高脂乳剂建立高脂血症小鼠模型的比较,发现动物油造模结果优于植物油。研究荷叶的降血脂活性,结果显不NNEA和NNBU有显著的降低小鼠血脂作用。 第二章荷叶和茜草提取物的保肝作用研究 本章主要研究荷叶和茜草提取物的保肝作用,结果显示荷叶NNEA和NNBU提取物有显著的保肝作用。茜草RCPE、RCEA和MC提取物均有显著的保肝作用。 第三章荷叶、茜草提取物抗肝纤维化作用研究 本章研究了荷叶提取物对肝纤维化小鼠治疗作用,结果显示荷叶NNEA和NNBU提取物有显著的抗肝纤维化作用。茜草RCPE、RCEA和RMC提取物均有显著的抗肝纤维化作用。 第四章荷叶的化学成分和药理活性研究概述 本章对荷叶的化学成分和药理作用研究进展进行综述。
