镍、汞和五氯酚对摇蚊幼虫的毒性作用

摘要
本文研究了镍、汞和五氯酚对摇蚊幼虫的毒性作用。主要包括24h-LC50和48h-LC50的测定、浓缩系数的测定和它们对羽摇蚊幼虫口器的致畸作用等内容。实验结果简述如下: Ni、Hg和五氯酚对羽摇蚊幼虫24h-LC50和48h-LC50分别为5.7g/L、1.4g/L;3.54mg/L、2.64mg/L和0.11mg/L、0.09mg/L。这说明羽摇蚊幼虫对镍、汞和五氯酚的敏感性为五氯酚>汞>镍,羽摇蚊幼虫对镍的耐性比较高。镍的LC50达到了g/L的数量级,虽然高浓度的镍不能马上使羽摇蚊幼虫致死,但会明显抑制其生长。汞对羽摇蚊幼虫的LC50比其它昆虫要高,这可能与汞的作用机理有关,对于一般的昆虫,如三角涡虫都有比较复杂的解毒机制,汞很容易破坏其解毒机制而使其致死,而摇蚊幼虫没有复杂的解毒机制所以对汞的耐性稍高。 羽摇蚊幼虫对10μg/L汞的7d-BCF为430:对10mg/L镍的7d-BCF为176;对0.02mg/L五氯酚的7d-BCF为30。这说明羽摇蚊幼虫对镍、汞和五氯酚的富集作用汞>镍>五氯酚。 镍、汞和五氯酚都会对羽摇蚊幼虫的口器产生致畸作用。汞作用七天后,羽摇蚊幼虫的口器变得较脆,其下唇板上的牙齿变得不对称,且中间的牙齿被磨损严重;绝大多数大颚只有四个牙齿甚至更少,且大颚剩余的牙齿变得不再锋利;二十天后观察到羽摇蚊幼虫的口器变得更加脆,几乎稍触即碎,其下唇板上的牙齿几乎磨损殆尽,且左右不对称更加严重,中间出现明显的裂痕。大颚上的牙齿几乎磨平,尤其是前面用于取食的牙齿,大颚容易弯曲。 镍作用七天后的羽摇蚊幼虫,和七天汞作用下的羽摇蚊幼虫口器相比,变得更加脆弱甚至很难将其剥离。其大颚严重变形,有的甚至大颚上一个牙齿也没有,大颚普遍变得细长;其下唇板上的牙齿几乎脱光,中间部分明显裂开。二十天后羽摇蚊幼虫的口器变得更脆,其下唇板被磨损更加严重,缺口更多,但左右磨损比较对称,这说明镍的存在不影响其取食习惯。 五氯酚作用下摇蚊幼虫口器致畸作用比镍和汞都要复杂。镍和汞对摇蚊幼虫口器的致畸率很高,且最终结果极其相似,而五氯酚作用下摇蚊幼虫口器的畸形
