茶园土壤环境地球化学因素与茶叶从土壤中吸收铝的关系研究

摘要
通过对我国三省区十三个茶园土壤样品和茶叶样品的采集及实验室分析测定,对以下内容进行了探讨: 单独浸提法和连续浸提法测定了茶园土壤六种形态铝的含量,探讨了各茶园土壤铝的形态分布规律以及各形态铝与土壤粘粒含量、有机质含量、阳离子交换量、土壤pH值的关系。 测定了不同叶龄茶叶即老叶、成叶、嫩叶中铝的含量,探讨了茶叶铝含量与茶园土壤粘粒含量、有机质含量、阳离子交换量、土壤pH值的关系。结果表明:土壤pH值是影响茶叶铝含量的主要因素,并根据茶叶铝含量与土壤pH值的关系曲线及土壤溶液中铝的存在形态与土壤pH值的关系推测,茶叶从土壤中吸收铝以Al3+离子为主。 探讨了茶叶铝含量与土壤各形态铝的关系。结果表明0.02MCaCl2可提取铝与茶叶铝含量具有极显著的正相关关系,用土壤0.02MCaCl2可提取铝的量能很好地预测茶叶铝的含量,0.02MCaCl2可提取铝可作为茶园土壤中茶叶可吸收利用的有效态铝;交换态和有机结合态铝与茶叶铝含量的正相关关系不明显,对茶叶可吸收利用的铝的有效性很低;无机吸附态铝、酸溶铝氧化物和腐殖酸螯合态铝与茶叶铝含量没有明显的相关关系,是茶叶难以吸收利用的形态铝。 用全程空白实验、质量控制样品的回收率、精密度控制图分别对样品分析方法的检测限、准确度、精密度进行了质量控制,同时用Robust方差分析分离了采样误差和分析误差。
