镜像疗法结合通督醒神针法对脑卒中患者上肢功能恢复的影响

目的:本研究通过探讨镜像疗法结合通督醒神针法对脑卒中患者患侧上肢功能恢复的影响,观察结合治疗的临床疗效并探索中西医结合的新途径,为改善脑卒中患者生活质量提供新的方向。方法:选取脑卒中后上肢运动功能障碍患者60例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为镜像组、针刺组、结合组,每组各20例。所有患者均在接受常规康复治疗的基础上进行各组的特色治疗,镜像组采用镜像疗法治疗,针刺组采用通督醒神针法治疗,结合组在镜像疗法治疗同时辅以通督醒神针法治疗,共4周。分别于治疗前和治疗2周、4周后,对3组患者进行Fugl—Meyer运动功能(FMA)上肢部分评分、Brunnstrom上肢和手运动功能评定分期、Barthel指数量表、偏瘫侧腕背伸时主动关节活动范围进行评定,以观察镜像疗法结合通督醒神针法对脑卒中患者患侧上肢功能恢复的疗效。结果:组内比较,治疗2周、4周后,3组患者的Fugl—Meyer运动功能上肢部分评分、Brunnstrom上肢和手运动功能评定分期、偏瘫侧腕背伸时主动关节活动范围及Barthel指数量表评分均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义((49)<0.05)。组间比较,Fugl—Meyer运动功能上肢部分评分、Brunnstrom上肢及手运动功能评定分期、偏瘫侧腕背伸时主动关节活动范围,治疗2周、4周后,结合组优于镜像组和针刺组,差异均有统计学意义((49)<0.05);Barthel指数量表评分,治疗2周后,结合组优于针刺组,差异有统计学意义((49)<0.05),治疗4周后,结合组均优于镜像组和针刺组,差异有统计学意义((49)<0.05)。结论:镜像疗法结合通督醒神针法的应用可更好地改善脑卒中患者患侧上肢的运动功能,更有效地提高患者的日常生活活动能力。
