儿童过敏性紫癜肾损害相关危险因素分析

摘要：

目的分析儿童过敏性紫癜发生肾脏受累的相关危险因素。方法将2007年1月至2008年12月期间就诊于中国医科大学附属第一医院儿科被诊断为HSP的108例患儿,分为有和无肾脏受累两组,对性别,年龄,发病诱因,临床表现及实验室指标等因素进行单变量及多变量分析。结果 108例HSP患儿中有50例(46.3%)出现肾脏损害,年龄≥8岁,持续皮疹(≥1个月),消化道出血3个因素与HSPN的发生有密切关系,Logistic回归分析具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HSP患儿存在年龄≥8岁、持续皮疹(≥1个月)、消化道出血等肾外症状会明显增加发生肾损害的几率,要严密监测并采取积极措施及早预防肾损害的发生和发展。
