疏肝补肾活血法治疗精索静脉曲张少弱精症的临床研究

摘要：

目的:本课题认为肝郁肾虚血瘀是精索静脉曲张少弱精症的病机关键,提出了疏肝补肾活血的治疗方法,并通过临床研究观察其疗效。方法:本研究纳入精索静脉曲张少弱精症患者30例,观察治疗组治疗前后的精子活率、精子活力、精子密度的比较。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.66%,治疗组治疗前后疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:疏肝补肾活血法治疗精索静脉曲张少弱精症,在改善精液精子活率,精子活力,精子密度方面有明显临床疗效。
