基于技术接受模型的RFID企业接受因素分析

摘要
随着RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)无线射频识别技术成为社会普遍关注的焦点,如何促进企业采纳RFID引起了人们的广泛关注。尽管RFID技术比以往的识别技术有明显的技术优势,具有增进企业绩效的巨大潜力,然而这种潜力最终的实现,取决于企业最初对技术的采纳与接受行为。尽管学术界研究IS/IT的技术接受问题已成热点,但是与RFID相关的研究尚处于起步阶段。 本文在对相关理论研究和RFID文献综述的基础上,基于理性行为理论、计划行为理论和技术接受理论,建立了企业接受RFID技术的影响因素模型。模型包含了RFID技术、企业、环境、感知有用性、感知易用性和使用态度6个结构变量,变量间存在相互影响的因果关系。通过问卷调查和结构方程建模等方法,应用AMOS软件对模型进行了分析和验证。 研究发现,环境指标包含的“政府支持”和“外部竞争者的压力”观测变量对RFID使用态度的影响最显著。其次是组织指标中“高层领导的重视”观测变量的影响较显著。然而,RFID技术本身对企业接受RFID的影响最小。
