电休克治疗在神经系统疾病中的应用进展

摘要：

电休克治疗在医学中的应用已有七十多年的历史，目前主要应用于心境障碍和精神分裂症的治疗，对于控制急性期精神病症状已被证实是快速、安全、有效的治疗措施。肌松剂和麻醉药物在电休克治疗中的使用也扩大了其适用人群和适应证。同时，在长期实践过程中，部分合并有帕金森病、癫痫等神经系统疾病的精神病患者在经过电休克治疗后，其精神症状和神经系统症状均得到了改善，因而电休克治疗在神经疾病中的研究得到了越来越多的关注。本文就电休克治疗在神经系统疾病中的应用进展做一综述。
