书写表达对大学生社交焦虑的干预研究

摘要
社交焦虑是一种普遍存在于年轻群体中的心理健康问题,它不仅给大学生的日常学习、社交生活带来困扰,还影响着他们未来的职业发展、成就获得以及家庭、社会功能的正常发挥;书写表达作为一种近二十年在心理学领域逐渐兴起和发展的心理干预技术,其操作简便、疗效显著的优势越来越受到心理学家关注。本研究将书写表达的干预技术应用于大学生社交焦虑状况的改善,通过对不同情绪主题下的书写表达对改善大学生社交焦虑的实证研究,得出主要的研究结果如下:(1)中性情绪主题的书写表达对改善大学生社交焦虑即时干预效果显著,但是长期干预效果不能达到显著;(2)消极主题的书写表达对大学生社交焦虑的即时干预效果和长期干预效果均不显著;(3)积极主题的书写表达对大学生社交焦虑的即时干预效果和长期干预效果均十分显著。通过五个积极主题书写表达的案例、两个消极主题书写表达案例的书写模式分析,探究积极主题书写表达发生效应所具有的文本特征,提出书写表达改善大学生社交焦虑状况的更为有效的指导语设置,优化积极情绪主题书写表达的干预效果,更好地服务于以大学生为代表的年轻人群体。
