Objective: To observe the long-term efficacy of Zhuhuang Granules II for the treatment of psoriasis and the effect on NGF and NGF receptor of psoriasis with liver depression and blood-heat.
Methods: 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treated with Zhuhuang GranulesⅡand Yenxiaoling suspension respectively. Record the PASI accumulated points、DQOLS scores and the cases of the recurrence respectively before and one week after treatment、the 1st month、the 3rd month、the 6th month、the 9th month and the 12th month. Meanwhile, measure the levels of NGF in blood serum and the expressions of NGF and NGF receptor in the skin lesion before treatment and one week afer treating.
Results:1.The clinic effective rate of Zhuhuang GranulesⅡgroup was 93.18%,which was better than Yenxiaoling suspension group （P<0.05） .2. The DQOLS scores of all cases in the two groups declined after treating ,but the drop of the Zhuhuang Granules II group was more remarkable than that of Yenxiaol ing suspension group（P<0.05） .3. The expressions of NGF and NGFR in the skin lesion were declined, but the expressions of that in Zhuhuang Granules II group were lower than that in of that in Zhuhuang GranulesⅡgroup were lower than that in Yenxiaoling suspension group （P<0.05） .4.After the follow-up for a period of 12 months, the recurrences of Zhuhuang GranulesⅡgroup were less than Yenxiaoling suspension group,these two groups had significant differences （P<0.05） . 5.The level of NGF in blood serum has no obvious differences in the ZHG II group、Yomxoe;omg group and heathy group, as well as before and after treatment（P>0.05）
Conclusion: The effect of ZHG II has better curative effects on treating psoriasis patients belong to liver depression and blood-heated syndrome, Its machanism related with declining the expression of NGF and NGF-R, modulating the role of neuro-immuno-endocrine , improving hematodynamice and regulating Emotion.
