柳茶对家族性高脂蛋白血症患者降脂作用的相关研究

摘要
目的:观察柳茶对家族性高脂蛋白血症患者的血脂水平、动脉粥样硬化指数等指标改善情况,评价柳茶对家族性高脂蛋白血症患者治疗的有效性,探索一种有效、便于推广的治疗高脂蛋白血症的新选择,为柳茶对高脂蛋白血症患者降脂治疗提供新的方向。方法:通过纳入“十五”重大科技专项子课题(2002BA711A08-17)选定的6个家系,按照FHTG家系、FH家系和FCHL家系诊断标准共分三组,分别为FHTG家系组、FCHL家系组和FH家系组。然后采用分层随机抽样的方法将三组家系分为柳茶组和阿乐组,每组各15人,柳茶组给予柳茶泡水饮治疗;阿乐组给予口服阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,9周为1个疗程,观察两组患者疗效、治疗前后的血脂各项指标及动脉粥样硬化指数变化情况。通过比较柳茶组和阿乐组在实验过程中出现的不良反应,结合阿乐不良反应的相关报道,说明柳茶在降脂过程中的安全性。以家族性高胆固醇为例,探索柳茶可能的降脂作用机制。结果:1.疗效评价:(1)血脂水平比较:柳茶组和阿乐组患者治疗后TC、LDL-C、TG均较治疗前降低,而且组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);柳茶组和阿乐组在降低TC、LDL-C方面组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而柳茶与阿乐在降低TG方面的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)临床疗效总有效率比较:柳茶组治疗后有显效11例,有效3例,无效1例;阿乐组治疗后有显效13例,有效1例,无效1例。两组的总有效率都是93.33%,两组总有效率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)比较:柳茶组阿乐组在治疗后,AI指数均较治疗前降低,而且组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而柳茶组和阿乐组进行组间比较时,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2.柳茶、阿乐不良反应比较柳茶组和阿乐组患者在治疗期间分别出现了不良反应,柳茶组有3位患者出现溏便,阿乐组有2位患者出现胃部不适,反应轻微,可以耐受,不影响日常生活和工作,柳茶组患者出现溏便可能与柳茶具有的消食导滞积的作用有关。结论:柳茶可以有效地降低家族性高脂蛋白血症患者TC、LDL-C和TG水平。
