结构化教育结合地板时光在孤独症儿童治疗中的疗效分析

摘要
目的了解结构化教育结合地板时光在孤独症儿童治疗中的的疗效反应,为孤独症儿童的治疗提供参考依据。方法对96例已确诊为孤独症的患儿分别利用孤独症儿童发展评估表及孤独症行为量表(ABC量表)进行评估后,制定个体化的综合训练方案,训练中采用结构化教育及地板时光相结合的综合训练模式,每周训练5d,每天6h,共训练12个月,并在训练6个月后及训练12个月后分别再对患儿应用《孤独症儿童发展评估表》、ABC量表进行评估,并对评估结果进行比较。结果与训练前相比,训练6个月和12个月后,孤独症儿童在《孤独症儿童发展评估表》内8个领域的得分均有提高,在ABC量表5个因子内的得分均有下降,差异具有统计学意义,治疗12个月后各领域有效率明显高于治疗6个月后的有效率,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论结构化教育结合地板时光的训练模式对孤独症儿童的治疗是有效的,治疗时间越长,效果越好。
