摘要
We report for the first time the fabrication and the operation of GaAs/AlGaAs multiple quantum well nonlinear microresonators employing defect-induced alloy-mixing techniques. A uniform array of 5-mu-m square microresonators shows a hysteresis behavior in the reflection mode and in a quasi-continuous regime. We demonstrate that the pixellation indeed improves the nonlinear properties of the structures.
