摘要
A rapid method for automatic analysis of neutral sugars is described. The method is based on borate-complex anion-exchange chromatography and an orcinol-sulfuric acid colorimetric method. Only 0.01-0.08 μmole of each sugar is necessary per analysis, and the results are highly reproducible. © 1969.
