CRYSTALLIZATION OF A TYPE-II DEHYDROQUINASE FROM MYCOBACTERIUM-TUBERCULOSIS

摘要
A type II 3-dehydroquinase from Mycobacterium tuberculosis has been crystallized in the presence of 6% polyethyleneglycol 6000. Data from these crystals have been collected to a resolution of 2.2 Angstrom on a rotating anode X-ray source. The space group has been determined as F23 with unit cell dimensions of a=b=c=127.8 Angstrom . There is one molecule in the asymmetric unit.
