摘要
The choline concentration of the lumbar cerebrospinal fluid of amphetamine dependent subjects has been measured during amphetamine intoxication and after detoxification. It was found that the choline level was significantly higher during the intoxication period than after. The results are discussed in view of the known amphetamine effect on the acetylcholine release from brain cortex. © 1969.
