摘要
The properties of the phase state and phase probability distribution of photons are investigated in terms of the phase operator formalism based on the relative-number state representation. The calculation method of phase dynamics is also presented. The results are compared with those obtained by using the Pegg-Barnett phase operator formalism. The phase properties of a nonlinear oscillator and a damped harmonic oscillator are calculated explicitly.
