摘要
The mixed oxides MLnLiTeO6(M = Ca, Sr and Ba) were obtained by solid state reaction at temperature of 1073 K. X-ray diffraction data have been used to refine the crystal structures of ordered perovskites MLn LiTeO6. CaLnLiTeO6 and SrLnLiTeO6 are monoclinic, with space group P 21/n; BaLnLiTeO6 shows cubic symmetry, with space group Fm3m. In these MLn LiTeO6 compounds the Li+ and Te6+ formal cations are ordered in B sites and the remaining M2+ and Ln3+ cations are randomly distributed on the 12-coordinate A sites. Unit cell parameters for these oxides can be related to ap, that is, the parameter of the simple cubic perovskite. Magnetic properties are also presented and discussed. © 1993 Academic Press, Inc.
