摘要
Although there exists an antiferromagnetic order of Cu-moments around x=0.115 in La2-xSrxCuO4 (LSCO) as similar to La2-xBaxCuO4, x-ray diffraction and transport measurements reveal no evidences of the structural transition to the LTT phase in LSCO. The results suggest that the structural change is not a primary cause of the suppression of superconductivity at the particular composition around x=0.12, but the freezing of spin fluctuations of Cu-moments may play critical role for the anomalies of the La-systems.
