摘要
By cyclic voltammetry it is shown that cytochrome c is an irreversible electrochemical system. Shape and peak potentials depend on several experimental parameters, and repetitive cyclic scans on the same drop show the importance of adsorption of oxidized and reduced molecules. Adsorption phenomena have been also studied by a film transfer method. A model explaining the electrochemical behaviour of cytochrome c is proposed. © 1979.
