摘要
We have observed time-dependent conductance fluctuations in metal wires with diameters of 200, at temperatures in the range 77 200 K. Their time dependence suggests that they are due to the motion of individual scattering centers, but their absolute magnitude is several orders of magnitude larger than predicted by the theory. Possible reasons for this discrepancy are discussed. © 1990 The American Physical Society.
